Terms of participation — Inuka program
The terms that govern participation in the Inuka program, for youth and employers.
The program
Inuka is a free program delivered by Fuzu with support from the Mastercard Foundation, for eligible young people in Kenya aged 18–35. Participation is free: no one may charge you to register, learn, apply or get placed through Inuka.
Eligibility
Participation depends on meeting the program criteria (age, residence in Kenya, financial or job-market barriers, interest in digital-ready work). Eligibility may be verified through surveys, profile information, referrals or spot-checks, and misrepresentation may end participation.
No guarantee of employment
Inuka improves your chances through guidance, learning, matching and access to verified opportunities. It does not and cannot guarantee a job.
For employers
Employers participate subject to program approval, the Fair Work Pledge, and the employer terms agreed at onboarding. Qualifying program roles may be shared at no cost; Fuzu may remove posts, suspend access and investigate concerns where standards are breached. Where program features are part of research studies, participation and any related conditions are disclosed in the employer terms before signup.
Relationship to Fuzu platform terms
Inuka runs on the Fuzu platform. The Fuzu platform terms and privacy policy apply beneath these program terms; where the two differ for program activities, these program terms apply.
These program-scoped pages apply to Inuka specifically and reference — rather than replace — the underlying Fuzu platform terms. Final legal text is subject to review by Fuzu Legal before launch.
