Refer and mobilise youth
Bring eligible young people into the program from the communities you already serve — including those who would never find it online.
Host access points
Training rooms, community hubs and cyber spaces where youth can complete profiles, learn and apply — with support nearby.
Champion inclusion
Help the program genuinely reach young women, persons with disabilities, refugees and displaced youth — with the right support around them.
Strengthen readiness
Complement Inuka’s free learning with your own training, mentorship and wrap-around support.
Close the loop
Share what you see on the ground — what works, what blocks youth, which employers deliver — so the program improves.
What we ask of partners
Six commitments, agreed in a simple MoU.
Refer only youth who plausibly meet the eligibility criteria, and never charge youth for referral or access.
Uphold safeguarding: report concerns through the program route, and protect the young people you refer.
Handle participant data responsibly and only for program purposes.
Link to inuka.fuzu.com from your website with a descriptive anchor (“Inuka by Fuzu”) — it helps young people find and trust the program.
Represent the program accurately: free, no guarantees of jobs, eligibility applies.
