About Inuka by Fuzu
Inuka is a free program powered by Fuzu, implemented in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, for young people in Kenya aged 18–35 who face financial or job-market barriers and want to work in the digital economy. It runs as a dedicated space inside Fuzu — and you access that space from here. Participants get a stronger profile, free learning, career guidance, and matching to verified jobs where digital tools are part of the work. It is free, and no one will ever ask you to pay.
Inuka, the program
Inuka is a Swahili verb: to rise up, get up, take action, move forward. The program helps eligible Kenyan youth rise into digital-ready work through free learning, guidance, profile-building, verified job matching and trusted employer connections. Known internally to partners as the AI Powered Job Connections Program.
