The Fair Work Pledge
Every employer sharing roles through Inuka commits to these standards. They protect young people — and they protect good employers, because clear standards are what make candidates trust the roles.
No fees, ever
We will never charge a candidate to apply, interview, train, or start work — and we will never ask for deposits, “refundable” payments, or payment for equipment as a condition of the job.
Pay transparency
We state clearly how the role is paid — salary or wage range, commission structure if any, payment schedule, and any probation terms — before a candidate accepts.
A real, clearly described role
We describe the actual work, hours, location or remote arrangement, tools and supervision. Candidates know what they are saying yes to.
Safe working conditions
The role is safe — physically, digitally and financially. Field roles include safe working practices; remote roles include clear expectations and communication.
Non-discriminatory, inclusive hiring
We hire on skills and potential — and we are open to young women, persons with disabilities, refugees and displaced youth, and youth from low-income communities.
Respect for candidates’ data and time
We use candidate information only for hiring, respond to candidates we engage, and give honest feedback where we can.
If an employer breaks the pledge, Fuzu can remove job posts, suspend employer access, and investigate concerns. If you experienced unfair treatment through an Inuka role, report it — reports are handled by the program’s own safeguarding route, not general support.
